Description
LIHUA ultrasonic induction heater adopts the modern power electric device IGBT (insulate-gate bipolar transistor) module as the key device of inverter. Its control system is consisted of rectifying circuit, power regulating circuit, protection circuit and control circuit, advanced frequency tracking and constant angle inverter triggering and optimized IGBT-driven protection circuit. It can be widely used in metal melting, welding, heat transfer, quenching and other heat processing and treatments. - How to choose a suitable induction heater?
Induction heaters have many different models with different power and frequency.
1. The higher power, the faster of the heating speed. so if you want to heat fast then you'd better choose a high power induction heater.
2. The higher frequency, the lower of the heating layer. So for some surface hardening, we suggest use a higher frequency heater, for some entire heating (like forging and melting) we suggest to use low frequency heater.
